nikf: Louis Mantia’s Boarding Pass Redesign. Another did the rounds earlier this month, and whilst stylish it was seemingly created just to make use of a designer’s favourite typeface. Louis’ design is still stylish: but I don’t actually have to spend a great deal of time trying to read the typeface. I wish the government agencies would spend a little money on making our lives a little more aesthetic—works like these. Alas, substandard ugly shit is all you can expect from organisations largely working on Windows PCs with MS Word as the top application.
